Land Tax sales are held in May, June, July, August and October. Sales are held at 9:00 am in the (NEW LOCATION) 4th floor of the Civil Courts Building, 10 N. Tucker Blvd, St. Louis, MO.

Individual properties are not listed on the City's website until they have been "Published" in the Daily Record (2 weeks prior to the date of the sale).
