Fair Saint Louis - BPW Volunteers Needed July 7!

Fair Saint Louis is right around the corner! Come celebrate "America's Biggest Birthday Party" and St. Louis' premier summer event celebrating our nation's independence. Fair Saint Louis will take place July 4, 6, & 7, 2018 and return to the Arch grounds. Visit fairsaintlouis.org for details.

Benton Park West's biggest fundraiser is Fair Saint Louis. Enjoy a night of music, topped off with a spectacular fireworks display all while helping our community. Martina McBride is the headliner!

Benton Park West will host a beverage booth on Saturday, July 7. This is our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year. We use these dollars to fulfill our missions and provide programming and community enhancements. Help BPW by volunteering to work one or more shifts selling beer, soda, and water.

To volunteer, please visit http://fairsaintlouisfoundation.volunteerlocal.com/volunteer/. Your password is BPWNA. You'll then see just BPWNA shifts. You'll select the shifts you'd like to work and complete the form. (We're not giving away t-shirts, but it's a required field on the form.)

All volunteers must complete SMART training. During the SMART training process, you will be prompted to provide a liquor license number. You can search liquor license either by name "HANPO LLC" or by number "VOL10000003". Please be sure to send a PDF copy of your SMART certificate to president@bentonparkwest.org.
