CDA: Notice of Funding Available
Below is a message from the City fo St. Louis' Community Development Administration (CDA).
"The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Community Development Administration's Spring 2015 Round for Residential Development Proposals has been issued. Interested parties can obtain a copy of the NOFA and associated requirements from the Community Development Administration website at the following link:

Release - March 20, 2015
Workshop - April 10, 2015 @ 9am-12pm
Application Deadline - May 1, 2015 @ 4pm
Award Announcement - June 5, 2015
There will be a workshop held on April 10, 2015 from 9am-12pm to provide an outline of the NOFA processes and general guidance for those interested in applying to CDA for project assistance. The session will be located at CDA offices, 1520 Market St, in the main boardroom on the second floor. While not mandatory for funding award, attendance is highly recommend.
Parties wishing to view LRA-owned property prior to the April 24 inspection deadline, must contact (314) 657-3754 to schedule appointments. A minimum of 48-hour notice will be required. Individuals must sign an LRA waiver prior to inspection. In limited cases, a Request to Open Boarded-Up LRA Property may also be available.
