Tenth Life Cats N' Mats Yoga

Thursday, February 1 at 6 pm, Tenth Life, 3202 Cherokee

This is a completely open-level yoga class. You only need a mat and a love of cats to participate! And we have a couple of mats if you don't have one. Curious kitties will be meandering about whilst we get our stretch on. This class is meant to be fun and nourishing to our bodies and souls while helping Tenth Life give cats the lives they deserve! “cIrcle dot moon” might simply describe Ashli England’s painting process—little circles adding up to moon-like satellites. Or maybe it’s the beginning of an ancient incantation—at least it sounds like that when she says it. Caitlin Metz has curated and illustrated a collection of narratives, poems, stories and directions for different kinds of love from ten different humans. From polyamorous love, to love of food, self love, loving someone with mental illness and more. It's raw and messy, light hearted and heavy. Modern Calligraphy Workshop
