Soviet Era Holiday Animations

Despite the Soviet Union as the ideological opposite of the Western way of life and mindset, Soviet animation, in theme, style, message, and proficiency of talent, was similar to their US counterpart, Disney. Come experience holiday tidings of warmth and good cheer from behind the Iron Curtain that transcend our cultural differences. All ages. Doors at 7, films at 7:30 pm. Free Suzuki Parent Information Night

The Suzuki Method is based on the belief that Every Child Can learn an instrument to the best of his or her ability. The method has four main components: training the ear with daily listening, parental involvement with one parent becoming the home teacher, building technique through repertoire, and emphasizing a beautiful tone from day one. Parents of children ages 2 and up are welcome to attend this free parent event in order to learn more about the method and if it would be a good fit for their family.
