An annual membership to the Cherokee Dog Park located in Benton Park West. There are member events and special activities throughout the year. To complete your registration, we'll need the following:

1. Completed application form
2. Signed waiver of liability
3. Copy of current vaccination records and proof of spaying/neutering; including rabies, distemper, and bordetella
