Cherokee Station Business Association Meeting

Thursday, October 15 from 5:30-6:30 pm, Nebula, 3407 S. Jefferson

CSBA Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:30pm. All business owners, residents, property owners, and anyone with an interest in Cherokee are welcome and encouraged to attend. Facebook Invite

Third Friday Happy Hour

Friday, October 16 from 5:00-7:00 pm, Nebula, 3407 S. Jefferson

Every month you can join us on Cherokee Street for Third Friday Happy Hour. Join creative professionals and members of the community as we celebrate the coming of the weekend while networking. Each month we typically partner with a local business and we always serve complimentary beer. This event is open to all and free. Facebook Invite

Boo at the Zoo Nights

October 16-30 from 5:30-8:30 pm, Saint Louis Zoo, One Government Drive

Come explore the Zoo after dark during the special Halloween evenings. This non-scary, kid-friendly Halloween experience is filled with laughs and adventure. Children are encouraged to wear costumes. Children 12-and-under will receive a treat bag upon exiting. Boo at the Zoo Nights is not a trick-or-treating experience. Admission$6/member; $7/non-member; children under 2 are free. Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series

October 17 and 18, Various times and locations

The Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series is famous for keeping runners motivated by blasting music at every major corner on the path. Visit the two-day fitness expo at America’s Center to check out the latest workout gear, and support your favorite runners on race day. Howl-Oween Pup Crawl

Saturday, October 17 from 12:00-5:00 pm, Frenchtown Dog Park, Corner of 10th and Emmet

The Frenchtown Dog Park presents the Howl-oween pup crawl! Dress up your furry friend for a wonderful day of bar crawling in your favorite neighborhood. Featuring the lovely patios of Joanie's Pizzeria, Henry's, Molly's and ITAP. Come show your support and benefit the dog park. Non-members welcome, open to everyone! Nice Work: A Zine Library

Saturday, October 17 from 7:00-10:00 pm, Fort Gondo Compound for the Arts, 3151 Cherokee

"Nice Work: A Zine Library" collects the artist-made zines produced and editioned by fort gondo since the series conception. Facebook Invite

​St. Louis Swap Meet

Sunday, October 18 from 10:00 am-3:00 pm at the Lemp Brewery, Cherokee @ Lemp

BPW Monarch Garden Work Day

Sunday, October 18 at 12:30 pm, Corner of Jefferson and Arsenal

Sunday we are installing our new Monarch garden! We need as many hands as possible to install edging and a stone path as well as hundreds of flowers and milkweed plants. Our grant provided the plants plus 3 shovels and a wheelbarrow. Please bring your own if you have them.

Zumba Classes

Monday, October 19 at 6:00 pm, Curby Memorial Presbyterian Church, 2621 Utah

Curby Church will host Zumba classes on Mondays. The suggested donation for the instructor is $1-5.00 a session. For more info 314-771-0242.

The Chicken Fried Craft Show

Saturday, October 24 from 12:00-10:00 pm, Byrd & Barrel, 3422 S. Jefferson

Enjoy a fall Saturday afternoon from 12-3pm and 5-10pm on the B&B patio with some gourmet fried chicken and a choice selection of local St. Louis makers; Ruby Francis, Hopelessy Jaded, Lonesome Traveler, Hollywood Indian, and Sheldon Grey will offer a fine array of handmade clothing, accessories, leather goods, and fine art. Trunk or Treat

Sunday, October 25 at 4:00 pm, Salvation Army Parking Lot, Arsenal at Iowa

Benton Park West will hold its annual Trunk or Treat, a safe Halloween trick or treating for kids. Children ages 14 and younger are welcome! Each child must be accompanied by an adult. There will be candy and fun for all! For more information, please visit our Event Page.
