Zumba Classes

Mondays, Curby Memorial Presbyterian Church, 2621 Utah

Cherokee Neighborhoods Happy Hour

Thursday, April 28 from 4:30-7:00 pm, The Blue Pearl, 2926 Cherokee

Happy Thyme: A Garden Club for Seniors

Fridays from 10:00-12:00 pm, Salvation Army, 2747 Arsenal

Cinco Back Alley BBQ & Fundraiser for The People's Joy Parade

Friday, April 29 from 5:00-8:00 pm, Nebula, 3407 S. Jefferson

We're kicking off Cinco de Mayo with a back-alley party for the People's Joy Parade behind Nebula. Free drinks from Schlafly Beer, DJ, pinata busting, BBQ, and tacos from Mexcla - the newest Mexican restaurant on Cherokee! $5+ suggested donation. 100% goes to support the parade. BPW Flower Garden Work Day

Saturday, April 30 at 9:00 am, BWP Community Flower Garden, 2802 Wyoming

The flower garden will need weeds pulled, bushes trimmed, litter picked up, and the fence and sign repaired. We will redesign parts of the flower garden and will add new perennials and bushes May 6 and 7. There is a large tree stump that we'd love to see someone use creativity on. Destination Cabrini: Dinner and Auction

Gravois Park Trash Pickup and Social Hour

Each Sunday, get to know your neighbors and help make YOUR neighborhood park a better place to play! We'll pick up litter in and around the park while talking and getting to know each other.

Broadway in Bloom Seed Exchange & Open House at The Firehouse

Sunday, May 1 from 11:00-3:00 pm, Marine Villa Fire House, 3648 S. Broadway

Marine Villa Neighborhood Association/ Broadway In Bloom is hosting it's first ever seed exchange at the firehouse on Broadway at Salena. The MVNA will be there with t-shirts to sell as well!! Please let us know if you have some seeds/bulbs or flowers to exchange so we can make space for you. Cinco de Mayo - Cherokee Street

Saturday May 7 from 11:00-9:00 pm, Cherokee (between Ohio and Nebraska)

St. Louis' largest Cinco de Mayo festival will have three stages hosting music along with vendors on Cherokee between Texas and Nebraska Ave. The People's Joy Parade kicks off at 1:11 pm. For more info, please visit cincodemayostl.com
