RFP - Neighborhood Commercial District Facade Grant
The St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) is excited to announce the commitment of $1 million in grants for small businesses and community improvements. The Neighborhood Commercial Development Improvement (NCDI) program is seeking proposals from qualified small businesses and commercial property owners. Please see funding opportunity below:
NCDI Funding Opportunity No. 1 (Façade Grants) – Request for Proposals (RFP) & Workshop Notice
SLDC will be accepting proposals for 2018 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding beginning July 11, 2018 and ending at 5:00 p.m. CST on August 17, 2018. Beginning July 11, 2018, the RFP and related documents can be found on the SLDC Façade website at https://sldcfacade.org/.
Eligible activities under the RFP include exterior property improvements that enhance the appearance and beautification of commercial buildings such as storefront renovation, awnings, signage, windows, doors, etc. A full list of eligible improvements can be found on page 6 of the RFP.
