Cherokee Station Business Association Meeting

Thursday, September 20 at 5:30-6:30 pm, *NEW LOCATION* Artists Art, 2643 Cherokee

Cherokee Street Business Association Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm. All business owners, residents, property owners, and anyone with an interest in Cherokee are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Landmarks' Urbanites September Meet-Up

Thursday, September 20 at 6-8 pm, Refab, 3130 Gravois

Come check out Refab with your friends at Urbanites! We'll be touring this cool shop dedicated to deconstruction and refabrication with the owner, and perusing over 180 years of STL building materials and history. Plus, there will be cold, free beverages to enjoy! Facebook Invite

BPW Litter Clean Up + Social Hour

Saturday, September 22 at 9-10 am, Cherokee at Jefferson (by Indian Statue)

We will be hosting our monthly neighborhood litter clean up + social hour at the Cherokee Indian this month! This is a great way to meet new/old neighbors and enjoy the beautiful architecture that our neighborhood has to offer. Let's plan on going to Teatopia once we wrap up for tea and smoothies. Bring gloves, a trash grabber if you prefer and a bucket if not using a bag, Operation Brightside has donated plastic trash bags as well! Facebook Invite

Fox Park Fall Festival

Saturday, September 22 at 11 am - 2 pm, Fox Park, Shenandoah

We'll have activities for the whole family, including visits from the St. Louis Fire Department, Bubble Magic from The Magic House and demonstrations from St. Louis Police Department with "The Bear." Numerous community resources will be represented. Attendees can also look forward to face painting, a food truck, table raffles, field and table games, and more! Facebook Invite

MADP Trivia Night

Gravois Park Trash Pickup and Social Hour

Sundays from 9:30-10:30 am, Gravois Park, 3200 Potomac

Each Sunday, get to know your neighbors and help make YOUR neighborhood park a better place to play! We'll pick up litter in and around the park while talking and getting to know each other.

Fox Park's Nearly Occasional Bocce Tournament

Sunday, September 23 at 1-4 pm, Fox Park, 2716 Shenandoah

Join us for the Nearly Occasional Bocce Tournament in Fox Park. This event is a fundraiser for the Fox Park Neighborhood Association and helps to fund other outreach and events, such as National Night Out and the Fall Festival.Whether you call it bocce, pétanque, or lawn bowling, we will start rolling at 1 PM on Sunday, September 23! $30/team if paid in advance; $40/team day of event. Cherokee Street Wine Around

Cherokee Street is a vibrant center in St. Louis bringing together contemporary art, architecture and culture, all within a historic district. Galleries, design studios, art exhibition spaces, public art projects and artists’ studios assemble on Cherokee Street. This month we will explore four business at the corner of Cherokee & Compton as we hop between the following locations.

Noontime 30 minute Community Yoga every Wednesday!

Wednesdays from 12-12:30 pm, Nebula, 3407 S. Jefferson

Energize yourself with a 30 minute All-Levels Yoga break each Wednesday at NOON!One of our dedicated teachers will guide you through a dynamic, moving meditation paired with specific breathing techniques to help relieve and unravel the stress and tension inherent in our daily modern grind. This is a yoga experience open to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. A perk for members, and $5 suggested donation for non-members. Tenth Life Cats N' Mats Yoga

This is a completely open-level yoga class. You only need a mat and a love of cats to participate! And we have a couple of mats if you don't have one. Curious kitties will be meandering about whilst we get our stretch on. This class is meant to be fun and nourishing to our bodies and souls while helping Tenth Life give cats the lives they deserve! So Fresh So Clean So Creative Southside St Louis and Gravois Park Neighborhood Association will have an alley clean up! Roosevelt High School Homecoming Tailgate

Saturday, September 29 at 11 am - 1 pm, Roosevelt High School, parking lot on Compton at Juniata

Grills and games provided (courtesy of our friends at August Gate). You just need to bring something to throw upon said grill! The game is at 1 PM ($4 at the gate).

Common Sound Festival

Saturday, September 29 at 1-6 pm, Marquette Park, Compton at Gasconade

The Factory Fashion Show and Night Market: Fall 2018

The Factory will introduce 5 NEW designers, all living and working in St. Louis, showcasing unseen collections.
